Hmmm... I think we found part of the problem.
Sort of like golfers I’ve met.
Particularly when they may be deciding what evidence may or may not be presented at trial.
I think they should be prohibited from taking the bar exam. The Dean of Yale should be hounded by normal students who are paying 80K until she is fired or resigns because she allowed the discussion to be shouted and down and lied about it.
What is certain from that fracas is those who participated in the verbal shunning are predisposed to activist leftism and are thereby incapable of dispassionate judgement, and ARE unsuited to impartially deliberate or discern.
How can Yale student trust any of those cowardly professors to protect their right to express an opinion.
Conservatives discriminate when deciding on hiring. If I were a judge and knew the law student I was interviewing was intolerant of free speech, I’d pick someone else.
