Because many blacks have been taught by their parents to hate white folk from the time they were little kids. In fact, I'd bet there are probably more black racist than whites, and this is all supported and encouraged by the leftist/Communist not to mention the black race industry and the lying media.

Excellent post and all indubitably true. Just read on another post the Georgia legislature passed a bill legalizing open carry, no permit required, and the Governor is waiting to sign it into law.
The thug cops, the thug prosecutors, the thug judges, and the thug scumbags are all in it together, it is symbiotic and will only grow.

I’ve been telling people this for many years. Also complicit in this symbiotic travesty are the pseudo-scientific professions of sociology, psychology, and psychiatry because the testimony of so-called experts in these fields is so commonly employed by defense counsel to establish exculpatory motives for the accused. That is why I’m opposed to any consideration of “motive” in criminal cases.

IMHO neither motive, nor criminal record or lack thereof, should be admissible in criminal trials. The sole determining evidence admissible at trial should be that which is intended to convince a jury that the defendant did or did not commit the crime he or she is accused of having committed.
Unfortunately, we have criminals with a history of much violent crime walking the streets and continuing their crime spree. A thug with a long history of crime is much more likely to be guilty.
The justice system failures keep a lot of people employed.

I’m good with motive for capital murder. It can establish premeditation and lead to the death penalty.

It can, but how often does it compared to more lenient sentences based on considerations like “She reminded me of my evil stepmother (or father).” Or, “I was drunk and when he bumped into me, I just lost it and shot him five times.”
