I often read witty stuff posted here to my wife. She enjoys the humor an often the wisdom of some of things posted here.
She is not on Free Republic with her own account. Before I met her, she had no formed political biases. Although our views of the world are identical. Her life was a lot different than mine has been.

I stopped getting fast food about 26 years ago and really the restaurants. I also spend a lot of time digging dirt and cutting down trees and shopping wood on my property. I’m 68. I’m not noticing any problem at all

Steroids are chemicals which occur naturally within our bodies. Like Testosterone. Just a lot more than our bodies produce.

Adolescent boys with too little testosterone may not experience normal masculinization. For example, the genitals may not enlarge, facial and body hair may be scant and the voice may not deepen normally.
Testosterone may also help maintain normal mood. There may be other important functions of this hormone that have not yet been discovered.

I confess that I used to eat soy as a snack about 30 years ago until I learned about its estrogen content and then I stopped.
In my opinion, one of the best ways to preserve your testosterone levels is to be married to a real woman.
