I am completely familiar with these reports and you are spreading misinformation. Please post a link proving your claims, and not from some stupid fookin blog. There is no such daily report that lays blame for ceasefire violations. It is impossible for them to do so since: (1) Russians routinely chase out the OSCE in their attempts to investigate ceasefire violations, (2) all the OSCE can report anyway is that they heard explosions, which typically are followed up by reports in other sources of dozens of injured Ukrainians every other day because Ukrainian positions are constantly bombarded.
When the OSCE DOES lay blame for violations, they always point that finger firmly at the Russians with a laundry list of reasons why.
If a bunch of retards on this website insist that Putin is somehow a Christian conservative in a country where only 7% of the population attends church every month, and where Putin gives medals to the Russian Archbishop whose career consists of being a known KGB agent who spread Liberation Theology across the world, I can understand why a poster would be outraged at the blatant Pro-Putin propaganda on the forum.
