That’s actually worse - nobody would expect cops to be opening your door from the outside with a key.

Was the targeted apartment Amir Lockes’ residence?
If not, why was he there? (Not illegal to visit someone).
Were the persons ought in the warrant actually at the apartment the police raided?
Why were they the subject of a warrant?
Why was Amir Locke armed with a handgun?
Was evidence of illegal activity discovered at the apartment?
Why didn’t the police know that Amir Locke was present before the raid? Would scoping out who you are likely to encounter be SOP so cops aren’t ambushed?
