Let’s analyze the “police violence” in their neighborhoods.
One of the residents of the neighborhood engages in a criminal act or acts. The police are called to respond to the act or see it committed. The police approach the perp and order him to surrender. The perp attacks the police. The perp ends up ass-kicked and cuffed, shot and wounded, or DOA. The cops may be safe, or one or more than one may be injured, crippled or killed in the exchange.
The solution: Remove cops from those neighborhoods.
Where do you live in Russia?

As opposed to the violence created by whoever the baby-daddy of the month is.
And let’s not mention the possibility of smoking that nasty week old roadkill skunk smelling marijuana could also be a contributing factor.

In many cases, black men view white and asian women as nothing more than trophies.
