You have to understand that the entire Democratic Party political patronage system has nothing to do with finding the Best or most Capable.

Look at Joe Biden, Look at Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, they couldn't spot skill or competence and if someone was, it would scare them. Look at all the problems Biden has been having getting bipartisan support for any of his Senate confirmation hearings.

This has nothing to do with getting the best of anything to help this Country.
