If Reagan had displayed even a hint of identifiable dementia in her “Ronnie” she’d have protected him and he would have stepped down. She NEVER would have allowed him to be embarrassed in front of the country the way Jill does Joe on a daily basis.

I did see his last public speech in 1994 at an event honoring him. He was off form - but still not as bad as Biden. He was diagnosed with Alzhimers 6 months after that last speech.

I recall reading that Nancy thought Ron’s decline started after he fell from a horse. A bit of quick g00gling says that was after he left office.

I was still a kid in the 80’s, but that’s how I remember it where Reagan maybe slowed down a bit his last couple years, but what we’re seeing with Biden is way worse.

Biden appears to be so deteriorated, I’m under the assumption Biden has to pass brain exercises every morning before letting him carry out his duties. Biden probably gets asked what’s name, where he woke up and what date is it. The days where that doesn’t go so well Biden gets hidden away.
