I heard it on the radio during a news break. This could turn into a huge problem if it results in nixing the mandate. I would suspect many of those that have already separated will be demanding their jobs back,rightfully so, with back pay.

Unfortunately, I think the SC will will uphold the mandate. Then again as more and more evidence damning the shots comes to light they could shoot it down, as they should.

I hope for you and others that have not submitted it goes your way. It won’t change my separation plans; one month to go for me.

The government has been mandating vax through every vector they can imagine.

Contractor to feds (via EO)
Military (via direct order)
Employee of feds (via EO)
OSHA (via regulatory edict)
Facilities that take Medicare patients (via regulatory edict)

Any person can be under mandate by more than one line of “government authority.”

Each of those must be challenged separately. The outcome of the court rulings varies, depending on which judge.

I hear ya, and I fear the worst case outcome as well. I am hoping for the best, yet fearing the worst. I too plan on retiring, just not as soon as you.

If the mandate is eliminated, I hope everyone that was separated or fired do indeed demand their jobs back. It'll create such a black eye for the WH occupier and the DoD that it be next to impossible to get rid of, and I hope their incompetency sticks out like a sore thumb.
