What you say is true. Any parent with a mixed race child forced to check a box in their school documents will never check white. There is no privilege there.

I am not sure where you are getting the stuff you wrote above but here is the bottom line -
There is no federal charge here UNLESS they can prove this was an act of terror. The odds of the DOJ finding a “terrorism nexus” involving a person of color and white victims is slim to none.
The police won’t give a crap what the FBI says nor will the local DA. It is common for the FBI to respond to an incident like this to offer assistance (often forensic or cellular records) or just simply to help since the agents are likely local. Once they determine there is no terror nexus they will offer technical assistance and that is the end of it. They are actually quite good at certain things forensically when it does not involve Trump or acting as DNC agents.
There is no narrative for them to spin. These people were killed and injured by bail reform and a career criminal who was extremely likely to re-offend based on his criminal history. Another animal who should have been behind bars on his latest charge and under the jail given his previous record.
Even if this wasn’t planned, he sure as hell is proving himself to have the disposition to commit this crime. Guess we’ll have to wait on what the police have.

They interviewed witnesses. Wrote legal opinions for the prosecutors. Came up with the evidence last minute.

Doom on the cops if true. There is no FBI jurisdiction here if they say it is not terrorism. If they did that it reflects far worse on the DNC so the locals will charge it.
I do wish they would charge it because the media would have to cover it, but that is why they will not.
It highlights everything wrong with the democrat platform at the moment on law and order. Criminal sentencing is a joke. Bail reform is a disaster. This man should NOT have been on the streets to harm anyone.
The narrative is “white supremacist terror” or whatever they call it this week. This does not fit.
