You know the losing side have nothing left to argue when they have to attack the character of others. The facts are clear, Kyle is innocent and did nothing wrong. The former prosecutor Michael must have lost many cases if that is his argument for conviction of an innocent man where all,the evidence points to a verdict of innocence. I sure wouldn’t have wanted Michael as an attorney, wow.

I believe he’s referencing the judge’s ruling friday that the jury must believe the state proved their case that the barrel of the gun was too short (ie illegal) or they must acquit him of the gun charge.
His mother broke down in tears in the courtroom in front of him as he began to speak; my understanding is that he was fine until he saw his mother crying.

Lawyers and prosecutors everywhere are hanging their heads in shame over the prosecutions case against Kyle. But this fella mike barges in and declares that the case has been made that Kyle is guilty because “he obviously fake cried on the stand”? I’d be ashamed to go on national TV and make such an absurd statement. But not that fella apparently.

It’s hardly surprising that a federal prosecutor would endorse the criminal behavior of ADA’s prosecuting this case. They are presenting as key evidence a video they had concocted, that they fooled the judge into allowing, all to support a provocation narrative they KNOW is false. Only a fed would see such behavior and applaud.

Big deal. A 5th string talking head at midday Sunday means nothing. Fox has Carlson, Hannity. Ingraham, Gutfeld, Watters, Judge Jeanine, Jarrett, Dershowitz, Kilmeade, Bongino, Levin and God knows how many others screaming innocent on this case all hours of the day and night.
