Biden wouldn’t know Houthi from a Ubangi. Want to take a guess at who advised him on this move? Kerry, Rice, Malley, others in the Nat. Security Council, the White House National Security advisor - one of our top fools and or traitors, Secy of State/State Department, etc. And the list could go on for pages.

They are cornered right now. Harris is unsuitable to replace Biden. They cannot get rid of her either.
So, they are being forced to keep propping Biden up until after the mid-terms when he can declare he is not running for re-election.
To do that, they need distraction. A big distraction.
