This is the sort of politicized “report” that has resulted in the CDC having so little credibility among so many people.
Surprisingly, the Mail accurately reports the CDC’s findings, but sadly don’t ask even the most rudimentary questions.
But if you click through to the CDC site, you find that it’s a sloppy, thrown-together summary with (almost unbelievably) a single, univariate analysis that divides the cohort into two groups “vaxxed” and “unvaxxed”.
No adjustment for age, health, SES, sex, occupation, nothing, zip, nada, zilch. Now it may be buried somewhere in the report, but no one has time to do that deep dive for themselves. So they have their propaganda piece.
The CDC concludes “There is no increased risk for mortality among COVID-19 vaccine recipients. This finding reinforces the safety profile of currently approved COVID-19 vaccines in the United States. All persons aged ≥12 years should receive a COVID-19 vaccine.” Which the report was not designed to show, does not show, and can not show without correcting for any of at least a dozen relevant variables.
Amazing even for the CDC.
Many it’s because unvaccinated people are not KARENS who are hiding out in bunkers, afraid of every scary boogeyman. Bet the motorcycle, skydiving, mountain climbing, deaths rates for the unvaxed is 5x the Karen rate.
Especially if they are denied medical care and groceries. People at the CDC are obviously on very strong drugs.

They have zero credibility, and are headed by a left-wing hack.

Their toxic Covid ‘shots’ kill many, many times more than any other ‘vaccine’ in history but they don’t count those deaths, most of which occur within 14 days (either for the first or second injection) as ‘vaccinated’. Those are falsely attributed to the resulting impacts (heart attacks, strokes, blood clots) to protect the ‘reputation’ of the bioweapons.
None of the people dying post first injection - even after weeks or months of downward spiral/complications from the vax are counted as ‘vaccinated’. Only after 14 past the 2nd injection do they start counting you as ‘vaccinated’.
SO they take their lies and try to make it seem like you’re safer if you’re vaccinated. The CDC is staffed with evil sociopaths.

I’m very healthy for a 70-year old, but I shouldn’t be joking about this stuff. Really, one of the main reasons I’m NOT vaxxed...I don’t want to tempt fate and wind up being unlucky.
A. There are well-known racial disparities in mortality rates.
B. There are (the same) racial disparities in vaccination status.
A + B = explanation of the statistical “mystery”.
Unvaccinated tend to be conservatives.
Conservatives tend to be old.
So they are saying “old people are more likely to die ...”

When our oldest first got his license, I was being a bit more cautious than my wife was about letting him drive. We live in a fairly rural area, and she made the comment, "What is he going to hit, a cow?"
The next day our local paper had an article on the front page about someone being killed in a car crash in which he hit a cow.
This could be written simply as “poor people don’t go to the Dr, and have other risky health habits”. ha
People who aren’t into vaccines probably don’t take care of their health in general for varying reasons, black people and poor white people, smoking/drinking, eating bad foods, superstition, fear of hospitals, not exercising, living in unhealthy environments etc
Poverty and these things go together
This just gets more confusing by the day.

The bottom line is that the vax pushers are outright criminals. They knew the limited deadly history of animal tests that had been performed on the engineered RNA technology. So they seized upon the Covid crisis to gain emergency use authorization to straight away conduct their experiment on the entire world population. If that isn’t criminal, nothing is. Unfortunately, this mess (experiment) is going to get much worse.
So if I don’t get the clot shot I am more likely to die of a snake bite?

that the under 40’s are most likely to be involved in risk-taking activities is no big surprise. Either they have no assets to lose or they’ve finally been able to afford adventures and are reliving their youth living dangerously before arthritis sets in. It’s a ‘normal’ that I think is a stretch to apply simply to vax/unvax.
