While Antarctica has experienced lower temperatures than expected this year, the rest of the world has warmed, according to climate scientist Zack Labe. In addition, the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change released a report in August, projecting that the world will continue to warm through 2050.

“The alarm bells are deafening, and the evidence is irrefutable: greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuel burning and deforestation are choking our planet and putting billions of people at immediate risk,” UN Secretary-General António Guterres said in a statement. “Global heating is affecting every region on Earth, with many of the changes becoming irreversible.”

Only thing I do is prepare for the worst....so of course I’m always prepared because we often don’t get hit. Last year we were light on snow storms most of the winter....just two or three required I dig out around the SUV. All the rest bypassed us.

During a solar minimum the jet stream becomes 'wavy' and one gets weather like what was experienced this year and during the Maunder and Dalton minima, the year 1816 aka "The Year Without Summer", being the most intense during Dalton Minimum." During the Maunder Minimum one year had record cold followed the next year by record heat. Despite that, the overall trend was major cooling then like we have right now.

As expected the climate 'scientists' are claiming it was a hot year despite the fact that both hemispheres were very cold simultaneously, the heat wave in the North American West notwithstanding. These same 'scientists' claimed that the winter of 2021 would be mild. Their predictions like their 'science' is worthless and fraudulent.

One group, I believe Russia-based, correctly predicted what happened this past winter and they predict that same type of cold front that hit the Midwest and Texas striking Western North America during the winter of 2022.

I read that and also read that their proprietary methodology I believe is based among other things the solar cycles. This is the go-to source for weather predictions for farmers, not the NOAA or the British MET. I guess it's time to order a copy.
