Generally speaking, document destruction is not a crime.
Obviously there are exceptions to this. Court ordered evidence preservation for a case, for example - but no crime there other than risk of contempt of court, which is technically not a crime.
My guess is that the election documents have a legal preservation period, so that destruction before that period is unlawful. It is typical for laws that "order" government conduct to carry NO criminal penalty. It's just unlawful to do such and so, but if you do, no criminal penalty.

But that is an unrealistic wish. The ballots are anonymous, so even if you could show that some number of ballots should not be there, you can't separate out which ones they are at this point. There is no way to know which votes are present on the "bad" ballots.

The heck is wrong with you guys. Someone presents facts & reality, and suddenly we're Biden voters. The reality is, NOTHING IS GOING TO COME OF THIS. Remember the krakken? Nothing. Remember pillow dude's cybersymposium with all the evidence that was going to change everything? Nothing. This audit? Nothing.
Don't effing misconstrue my statements. There is plenty of good info in this. But, NOTHING is going to come of this. THAT is reality. Of course I care about election fraud.
