They don’t want American citizens to see the invasion in real time.
Congressman Andy Biggs (R-AZ) made the following statement condemning the FAA’s action to restrict drone access over the worsening illegal alien encampment at the Del Rio bridge:
“We know what they’re doing and they are not getting away with it,” said Biggs. “Restricting and blocking the media’s drones over the Del Rio bridge proves that the Administration is fully aware of the crisis they have created. This refusal to be transparent is yet another way the Biden Administration is trying to twist the true narrative of what is happening at the border. With or without media access, we will not stop working to expose the truth about this humanitarian and national security crisis.”
how does the FAA control the airspace on the mexico side of the border?
Nobody else has drones?
If a tree falls in the forrest and nobody is there to see it.....
“Banning” and “stopping” are two different things.
Drones are cheap enough to be throwaway, and they send video back in real time so there’s no way to trace and track who they belong to. Disposable and untraceable flying cameras.
Screw you FAA, you’ve done everything wrong about drones since day 1.
Imagine if this were done under Trump. CNN would have had an aneurysm.
Fox should do it anyway. They can afford the fine. Force the government to shoot them down.
Can’t fly over the border? Okay ... keep it well within our border but aim the camera south.
Send in photo teams on the ground. Go full on Project Veritas or Alex Jones on them. Go to the Mexican side.
They don’t want you to see the Haitians that are coming in. Haiti is France’s problem send them to France.
Maybe the Border Patrol can request the Taliban fly drones over our border. After all, Biden gave them dozens...

“... Bans Media From Flying Drones Over Border...”
W H Y????????????????????????
"10th Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.
Also, if the states should ever expressly constitutionally give the feds the specific power to regulate peacetime aircraft and drones, regulations need to be made by elected members of Congress, not non-elected bureaucrats that voters cannot vote out of office, bureaucrats effectively weakening voting power.
Insights welcome.
If I were Fox, I would ignore the FAA. Who’s going to stop them? The ‘Drone Police’, LOL?
OK so we know that there is 8000 and probably another 3000 by the end of today of Haitians... They are not wanted they do not mix well along with the Afghanistan so what are we gonna do? We complain we watch the massive disastrous influx of immigrants and there ain’t crap we can do about it. They continue to come and we continue to let them all the way inside our country to settle And change our way of life. I don’t see our government shipping them back where they belong. I’m sick to my stomach over this and there ain’t CHIT we can do about it. They are here to stay and make our lives miserable. They add nothing to Society absolutely nothing they Only take ! Be ready to see all sorts of crap on tbe streets by these Folks. Oh that I would be a multi millionaire I would send them to Martha’s Vineyard to the high end of our country where the rich and famous live.
