Signs and symptoms include increased memory loss and confusion, shortened attention span, inappropriate angry outbursts, problem recognizing family and close friends, difficulty with language (reading, writing, numbers), inability to learn new things or cope with unexpected situations, difficulty organizing thoughts and thinking logically, repetitive statements or movements, occasional muscle twitches, restlessness, agitation, anxiety, tearfulness, wandering (especially in late afternoon or at night), hallucinations, delusions, suspiciousness, paranoia, irritability, loss of impulse control, inability to carry out activities that involve multiple steps in sequence (getting dressed, making coffee, setting the table).

The White House press corps is the lifeblood of the media. Without it, they’re just a beat reporting local newspaper. In view of that, what’s most amazing is that they don’t seem to push back at all. At some point, they’ll demand screen time. Until then, the Biden administration will continue to keep him cloistered.

Interestingly, the same people who tried to take Trump down over Afghanistan just took Biden off at the knees.
The warmongers in State and DOD did not want to withdraw. They made that abundantly clear ever since Trump started the process.
The military was perfectly capable of conducting a much more orderly withdrawal than has actually happened.
The withdrawal and the crisis created by the withdrawal are two different things. I think the crisis is a set piece play orchestrated by the military (except that real people die and don’t get to come out after act III to applause) to destroy any president who takes their war away.

Taking into account the first two things I mentioned plus his cognitive decline, I think THIS is happening (had an uncle with Alzheimers plus friends in a nursing home - this is asolutely an issue). Illegitimate Joe wanting to be “home” all the time ... he’s declining at a fairly rapid pace & the stress that is being put on him to ‘perform in public’ is going to hasten his mental demise (full collapse is coming):

Biden’s eyes looked very dilated. Other times his eye’s appear normal and at other times he appears to be medicated.
No doubt in my mind that he’s suffering early stage dementia along with senior agitation. Especially the latter. You see snippets of it when he snaps at people. Grandma and Grandpa can be a royal pain in the butt when senior agitation or sun downers kicks in.
His handlers are no doubt keenly aware it’s not good optics to have Grandpa Joe chasing people off the lawn. Gotta pump him up with Xanax or something , get him out of sight and get his pudding ready.
A perfect situation to start the Trump Rally tonight. Comparisons will be made.
