They ignore the overt black violence in cities while chasing the very people that follow the law and have been except for one exception.I am willing to bet that most of the employees of Homeland Security are minorities, pole polishers and clam bumpers.

If someone is lucky, they'll be in an area where it won't be too bad. If they are in, or near, a large metropolitan area, I wouldn't bet my life on it. I know, limitations of various sorts (physical, monetary, space, etc) are real. There are things everyone can do within their capabilities to make sure they don't suffer needlessly through any strife that may come. Having foreknowledge and not doing so is simply madness, IMO.

Just ask any mid 90's resident of Sarajevo. Do what you can, while you can. Every responsible person pays for home owner's insurance, or car insurance, and they rarely use it (in relative terms). Why do people not think to lay in insurance against civil disruption/unrest when every indicator points to it being on its way. When/if it happens, don't be that person sitting back unprepared saying "I'M SHOCKED! WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?"
