First of all Cramer, no he did not say that - or at least not audibly. Nobody heard that. There was no warning before he used deadly force.
As for the “found innocent of any wrongdoing” part you claim, the follow up question is “yeah.....BY WHO??????”
We all saw that video. There was no warning. He just used deadly force on an unarmed nonviolent protestor who could have easily been subdued without using deadly force. So again I ask WHO found him innocent? The same kind of swamp creatures and corrupt political hacks who have adopted blatant double standards to suit their politics that we’ve seen over and over and over again in the last 4-5 years? Because that’s what it looks like.
As for the part about why are we entitled to know his name....because gosh....that sure is the standard any time a cop shoots somebody the Left deems to be a useful victim to suit their narrative. So why should the standard be any different here?

No doubt Congress has that on audio. The same audio that they played the other day. No background noise, same room echo, and odd phrasing as the actor reads the script.
Heck - watch any youtube of a badge cam with a cop shouting orders and compare it with the above script. Use your imagination and yell out the script in your most hyped-up voice. The words alone say it is a script. No cop is going to talk like that with a bunch of people trying to bust through a barricaded door.

I keep hearing his name has been released then no that’s not him. I wish they would release it and get it over with. They already said they won’t press charges. Guessing he is black. If he was white and Babbitt black it would have been released and cities burning. And they would still call it a insurrection. Seem conservatives would not do anything about it anyways. The officer could have easily missed Ashli and ended up killing one of the police officers behind her. No doubt she would have been charged with capital murder if that was the case.
