There is an out to this, although I don't know how the constitutional remedy works. (Basically, it's like every other legal or contractual proceeding where one side can demonstrate that fraud was committed.)

Fann doesn’t seem to understand US legal precedence. Just because laws don’t permit something, doesn’t mean that they prohibit it. In the US, everything is permitted that is not forbidden.

- proof of non-attendance (by you or any relative) at the Jan 6th capital hill event,
- proof of annual chicom virus vaccine booster, shots,
- proof of at least one valid snitch against any MAGA terrorist;

- up-to-date BLM membership & financial support...
I find it hard to believe that if election fraud is demonstrated beyond doubt that there is absolutely nothing that can be done to remedy such fraud.
The “oh well what’s done is done” mantra needs to be challenged vigorously and not simply meekly acceded to as many here are more than willing to do.

The Democrats tried to strangle this audit at birth. The Arizona Senate did it anyway. The Democrats have been trying to kill it all through the process. The Arizona Senate has muscled through.
Anything can be said by anybody now about what can and can’t be done when the final results are in. But if fraud or incompetence is shown on the unprecedented massive scale that it is expected to, the outrage will be sure to change the picture and more severe remedies will suddenly be on the table.

After the Congress accepts the undisputed electoral numbers from the states the US Constitution allows no further dispute of the election.
There were and are good reasons for our Founders doing that.
The Tilden electors tried to get the Supreme Court to do that after the disputed 1876 election. It didn’t work. The Electoral College isn’t an ongoing institution. It has one thing to do and then it’s gone until the next election.
I don’t think the audits are a waste at all. We have seen enough to know that the election was corrupted. I know, and they know and they know I know. For right now that will have to be enough, but nothing they do will be legitimate and I hope enough of the country knows too.

Quo warrants laws at federal and state level address the problem of fraudulently elected politicians. Strangely, if fraud can be proved, such laws seem to trigger only when the crooks take oath of office.
Below are references to District of Columbia quo warranto which Trump legal team has hopefully been aware of, probably long before desperate Democrats allegedly stole election from him.
Also quo warranto activity in Arizona which probably does not address electoral votes.

Historically, this kind of overthrow of a nation and it's people has led to peaceful settlements prompted by massive slaughter, rivers of blood, and carcasses rotting and littering the landscape for decades.
This time it might be different? Sure ....
People are going to die, either from warfare, or from some semblance of trials, convictions, and punishments.
Maybe half of those who die will be truly guilty, and maybe half will be innocent.

An illegitimate president and vice president;
An illegitimate Congress in both Houses;
Illegitimate governors and state legislatures;
Illegitimate county and city governments;
Illegitimate school boards;
Illegitimate decisions in referenda and initiatives.
Until our elections are cleaned up, there is no purpose to elections because their results cannot be trusted.

Yep too many F’ing experts because its not written in law by lawmakers who say there is nothing lawmakers can do. Lets see what happens when their polls go into the sh!tter! Lets see when inflation start sprialing out of control and its revieled this senile phuck in the White House stole several states through massive fraud?. Lets see how well democraps can govern when the fraud is all reveiled to benefit them, and 3-4 states were cheated out of their representation? It will spark a civil war if its not taken care of. Funny how things cant be done it if its not in the Constitution and the law, yet at the same time they can shread the letter of the law and wipe their asses with the Constitution and its no problem.
