So the City Council held an open meeting with 20 minutes notice which was obviously coordinated with at least one activist. Could some lawfare be used here to make the Councils life difficult? Violation of open meetings law, required advance notice, etc. Maybe an attorney can weigh in. This action shows they are prepared and can take dramatic action virtually instantly with no inclusion of the public in the process.
