The key word being constitutional. My question to you and all here, do any of you actually own a copy of the constitution?"
What part of my suggestion of a Speaker becoming President in post #127 is NOT constitutional?

What part of my suggestion of a Speaker becoming President in post #127 is NOT constitutional? Not so much as unconstitutional as unfeasible. There is no way there are 67 votes in the Senate to convict for one thing. I'm assuming that #7 is a type because the next Congress doesn't take office until 2023.

Now it’s just up to verification via evidenceOK, now you've got my attention.
What is the forum you imagine exists in which evidence can be presented, and what standard of proof to you imagine (50% +1, preponderance of the evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt)?

Well that is where the rubber meats the road. How many of the founding fathers lost fortunes or even their lives in opposing GB in setting up this nation?
The tyranny we face is that from those given over to utter darkness of spirit. Their words and promises are a seductive poison that keep their useful idiots captive and allied with their goals. Thee people won’t go away quietly....
So what will it cost us?

The initial evidence is going to be pretty dramatic in Maricopa County and the results are going to start an epic fight for the next stage canvass to verify voter registration and an audit of the rest of Az.
Az is really ground zero of the 2020 vote fraud. Keep the name Runbeck Election Services in mind, you may just be hearing more about them :-)
This is going to kick off audits in Georgia for sure and probably Wisconsin and others.

Basically if a US citizen collaborates with an enemy country they can be tried by military court.

I don’t know that I have a problem with that especially in war time or if such collaboration resulted in violence against the American homeland or interests. If not war time, then the enemy country could be accused of an act of war via their American proxy.

There is still a war emergency or whatever the legal term is. And the demsheviks colluded with several other countries in illegal methods to bring Trump down before his first election, during his first term, and in stealing the second election. Sedition, insurrection, and treason are all applicable and in conjunction with other countries.

Oh, I totally agree which is why I stated "Now, I'm not saying this is likely"
And yes, #7 should be 2023, not 2022.

It would require SIXTY SEVEN votes in the senate to convict.
