A majority of John Q Public already knows the election was stolen. Now it’s just up to verification via evidence.

Biden is damaging the country and the socialists are completely morally corrupt...one could convene a convention of states if you have the time to get 38 states to agree. If Biden is shown to have gotten in by unconstitutional means(yes even if it was all “officially signed off on”) then we are already way past constitutional territory. Time to think out of the box and show the creeps that it is still the consent of the governed that allows governments to exist. The consent of the governed is at the heart of our constitution.

Now, I'm not saying this is likely, but it is certainly a possible "constitutional mechanism."
1. Widespread vote fraud is proven, evidence is preserved.
2.(R)'s take back control of the House & Senate in 2022.
3. The (R)'s nominate Trump as Speaker. He accepts.
4. The first thing Trump does as Speaker is initiate articles of impeachment against xiden and the anchor baby using the proven fraud as the reason.
5. xiden and the anchor baby are impeached in the House.
6. xiden and the anchor baby are convicted in the Senate.
7. Trump, as 2nd in line as Speaker...become President sometime mid 2022.

There is no recourse in the Constitution for the Biden Mafia to keep power if they cheated to get in... there are recourses for a fix..a convention of states for example but it takes time to build a consessus for one... a 3/4s majority in the house and senate to fix the issue would also preclude any supreme court review...that is constitutional. The only way the legislative fix would work would be if a threatened and or focused use by a great many Americans of their second amendment rights that would so convince the house and senate to do their duty.
Legislation by 3/4th’s of the house and senate per the constitution would fix the presidential steal as it could not be challenged in the courts. They warring parties in the house and senate would have to be convinced that it would be in their best interests to do so. So how to convince them....

The second amendment...why do think it was REALLY put into the Bill of Rights.
IF all of the contested states decertified their elections, Xiden would still have the numbers.
Georgia - 16 votes = xiden 290 of the 262 needed (28 over requirement).
Arizona - 11 votes = xiden 279 of the 256 needed (23 over requirement).
Michigan - 16 votes - xiden 263 of the 248 needed (15 over requirement).
Wisconsin - 10 votes - xiden 253 of 243 needed (10 over requirement).
Pennsylvania - 20 votes - xiden 233 of 233 needed.
The only way Trump winds up with more EC votes is if the states switch their votes.
If they prove their elections were fraudulent, how could they turn around and simply award their votes to Trump then?
And, by what mechanism would either the SCOTUS or Congress overturn what is already done?
Not going to happen in this world.
The vote fraud investigations are really more important at this point in getting states to clean up their elections and prevent such fraud in 2022 and beyond.
The very long shot "bonus" would be the catalyst (proven widespread vote fraud) that set's up the scenario in #127.
The key word being constitutional. My question to you and all here, do any of you actually own a copy of the constitution? When i said no constitutional avenue, i meant an easily understandible written in the constitution method of attaining the whitehouse. nothing of a if this than that nature is going to happen. all the conjecture is pure b.s. not goimg to happen.
It could be simpler than that...a 3/4ths vote per the constitution in the house and senate to simply put the Trump back into power to fix the fraud.. It doesn’t “change the constitution” but such a vote could not be challenged by the courts. Good luck getting 3/4ths to agree but there is a constitutional path.

Ain’t gonna happen. Before you foo foo my comment, let me explain why.
First, state legislatures are dragging their feet in regards to a convention of the states. Tells me, there is not enough support in those bodies as a whole.
Secondly, there are so many state legislators/senators/judges/mayors and so forth that have national aspirations. They do not want to cut their own throats by nullifying the power of those that sit in the U.S. House of Representatives and or U.S. Senate many of whom would support their campaigns for higher office on a national scene.
That is why a convention of the states has not happened...even with all the evidence of cheating in national elections and the corruption witnessed by multiple federal agencies. Too much power in D.C..
Don’t believe me? We just watched in real time a coup of a sitting president....and they won.

I believe I mentioned the difficulties of getting timely consensus for such a convention.
No it will take a very outraged public under the aegis of the second amendment to drag the criminals out via “Romanian” way! First we’ll probably have to suffer for a generation to get to that point.
I didn’t say that...I said the vast majority of the people exercising their rights in a very focused and serious way would have to do it. But they have to be convinced that they have to moral high-ground to undertake such a nasty but necessary measure.

“Want to” has nothing to do with it. There is no constitutional mechanism for the Supreme Court to reverse an election now, or on Jan.6 or at any other time. Nor Congress.
The founders did not anticipate election fraud. Democrats knew this and did not care, so they did it and got away with it.
Maybe someone can explain this to Mike Lindell so he doesn’t destroy his business along with his credibility.
