This “aggressively berated and taunted law enforcement officers”, if used as a “charge”, will make it possible for any citizen impacted by the Antifa/BLM rioters to sue their city government and the police for NOT arresting them.
“Taunting” is still free speech except in Obama/Biden/Garland country.
We all know the true insurrection is controlling the government right now
This is using law enforcement to harass political opponents.
We are living under communism, folks.
They will revoke gun rights from these citizens, if they can find a communist judge.

A “nancy” was a simple cart or horse or ox drawn wagon.
Over the past few centuries, there were people employee to go around with a cart, and pick up horse dung from the streets.
