$10 Trillion seems a bit low, Mr. President. Considering the multi-year damage and the lives lost to this, I would say it should be closer to 25 - 30 trillion dollars.
Alternatively, the world could begin to establish a full economic and military embargo of China until it withers and dies. I like that better than them simply paying the cost of doing business. Better to put them OUT of business.

June 1, 2021 Newsweek article the Chinese are told to prepare for unclear war with the US if the investigation blaming WuHan for the virus is continued.
Now that is evidence they know they are guilty.
If true they deliberately sought to produce a dangerous new bioweapon virus without a cure that could spread rapidly “through the Western nations’ population while leaving China relatively untouched” (quote from a source they deny is factual), then Americans and Italians and many more will be furious and angry at the Chinese.
