So that’s a good thing? We buy Sam’s cola. (It’s hard to keep up with good v. evil corporations.)
I think just about any about any fat free milk will do. I know the carbs may vary. They’ll sometimes add sugar to make skim milk taste better but I would just check the carbs on each. I buy Horizon’s Fat Free but there may be even better options.
Why is he low carb? For weight loss? Blood sugar concerns like diabetes or pre-diabetes?
