They have abdicated their enumerated powers derived from The People. We take them back and deal with the problem ourselves if we have to. If government fails in their duties, the power reverts back to us. Its that simple. True, since things are broken, it is up to the people to take care of things to repair the system. BTW, IIRC, I think even the late Prince Philip had a similar quote, if that is the case, he's was a much better American than many "Americans." Even so, as another Freeper put it, we might see at some tipping point where things go Bronson along with Snake Plisskin and Dirty Harry tossed in.
