After spending 1/4 $Trillion, they were completely unprepared for Coronavirus, the biggest disease emergency since 1918.
They botched the first test kits, they didn’t know whether masks were good or bad, then had Dr Fauci lie about them, they had zero data gathering methods in place, took sides in a Presidential election, bungled the vaccine rollout, and today they tell you to wear 2 masks AFTER you’ve been vaccinated without any scientific basis, indeed without giving a reason.
And now Dr Fauci says gun violence is a public health issue. Yet he is silent about the leading cause of death in America for 50 years, Abortion.
Anthony Fauci is an immunologist and something of a retrovirologist, and he is or was a damn good one.
He is not an epidemiologist, and he is not a “public health person”, not in any real sense of the word.

What does gun violence have to do with vaccinations or face masks? Different issue altogether.
Gun violence has nothing whatsoever to do with handguns of any kind, but a twisted sense of “justice” has everything to do with how the incidence of this “gun violence” is treated.
The common “solution” to gun violence is “gun control”.
Expanding on “gun control”
I propose an entirely different kind of “gun control”. Rather than trying to isolate the possession of firearms, by making access either difficult or prohibited altogether, seize the opportunity and get EVERY youth in America introduced to the practical aspect of firearms and other projectile weapons. This should be introduced as a course of study at the high school level, or even before, first of all demystifying guns of their “powers”, and stripping away the “magic” influence they have over the minds of many people.
Instruction in the care, feeding, grooming and PROPER use of firearms should be taught as a safety program, much like drivers’ education or well, frankly, sex education, but without the propaganda that goes along with with it (sex is NEVER safe).
Firearms, like wrongfully used sex practices, have potential to cause considerable harm, both immediately and with far-reaching consequences. This training would serve to weed out the careless, by identifying them very early in the training course, and also may indicate the unstable or those with very bad attitudes rather more quickly than when they walk into a crowded space with loaded weapons and begin to blaze away against unarmed people.
And for the sake of the dear Lord, do away with “gun-free” zones. Anywhere. Everywhere. A very bad idea that DOES NOT WORK.
Murder is illegal in just about any jurisdiction I can think of. Yet it occurs anyway. Take away the opportunity, deny the unrestrained exercise of that act of will, and you may not prevent ALL the murders, but you can certainly keep the genie at bay.

Its not a public health issue. It is a mental illness issue (suicide) + urban black youth in democrat cities issue. Take suicides, lawful self defense, and black on black crime/gang violence out of the equation and we have the violence rate of Iceland.

There is a big problem with ‘people violence’. Some of it may well be traced to mental health issues as was apparently the case with the FedEx killings and obviously suicides. Is that the ‘public health emergency’ Dr. Fauci is referring to? Of course not.
But a lot of the people violence has to do with criminals who use the tools at hand to achieve their goals. The fact that one or two readily identifiable demographic groups are the perpetrators of this violence in far higher rates than their numbers in the population would suggest. But this cannot be talked about at all. But everyone knows it and has known it forever. Any fix is going to have to come from the ‘communities’ involved, no one seems to want to even look at the causes of the problem.
Because it isn’t a public health issue. Only an idiot would say such a stupid thing. If Fauci can’t tell the difference between a virus and a Glock, he needs to be replaced PRONTO!
