While she was born in California, her parents were not U.S. citizens when she was born. As such, she is not a natural born citizen and is ineligible to serve as either President or Vice President.
So that leaves us with President Pelosi. We are deeply and seriously screwed.

It has been brought up but not from the Uniparty nor ABCCBSCNNNBCNPRNYTWAPO. It could be a good thing in a way - nothing like having an officially illegitimate government where EVERY current politician and propagandist can be dismissed as one who supports crimes against Americans.
It will be interesting to see the first lawsuit against Kamala Harris for actions she did or did not take while sitting in her position illegally. It's likely to come from courts outside the United States. As President in particular, she'd be liable for a lot, including the death of any foreign national by U.S. action since she has no legal authority to approve any military action.
