Pima County isn’t going to lift mask requirements unless and until they are forced to. A lot of places have stopped enforcing them, though.
Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey, and Chino Valley never had a mask mandate and will not take complaints regarding masks.
Last month the PV police arrested a customer at the local Fry’s for trying to force a mask onto a slightly built woman customer. He now face felony assault charges. Witnesses included the mayor (a former PV police officer) and an off-duty PV police officer.
Sedona, Cottonwood, and Jerome still has mask mandates. The infection and death rates are about the same as the non-mask mandatory areas.
Well, I was talking about Pima County, not Yavapai County. I don’t know whether Yavapai County ever had a county-wide mask mandate.
I’m not surprised that masks are big in Sedona and Jerome. (You’d think Sedonans would just stick magic crystals up their noses, though.) Glad to hear about the PV police arresting the bully.
Plenty of places in Pima County outside Tucson where people are generally ignoring the mask nonsense. Even in Tucson, there are stores and restaurants that don’t say a word to maskless customers. I go to a couple of grocery stores and a Walmart where I don’t wear a mask, but almost all of the other shoppers do.
Hop Sing Xiden’s new genocidal weapon to kill Americans. I wonder if the FBI and CIA are supporting this genocide too.
Imagine that.
Our healthcare workers are risking themselves and everyone in the hospital for a bunch of Xiden’s illegals. On top of that, the taxpayers get to foot the bill.

I’m sure julio, pedro, juan... are paying for their treatment in cash or insurance. NOT! But you can bet your posterior somebody’s gonna pay!
And that makes them mass murderers Whatever happens next, these people are killers and know they will be able to kill with impunity for power.
