The FBI did not follow the ‘precious law’ and submitted a false application for a subpoena there was ZERO penalty, zero.

However, all that has been proven now is that Civilian government has been infiltrated, compromised. It has failed.

They compiled far more evidence than the dems put together for "Russia, Russia, Russia" and "Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine". But while latter was allowed to go on for four years with two years under a GOP House and Senate, President Trump couldn't even get his case heard.
All you are doing is argument shifting. They were weak cases and it showed in the courts.
Evidence was presented by far more parties than just “Trump’s lawyers”. Texas also filed suit among others. All could have been heard based on the evidence gathered. Being dismissed because of “no standing” or “moot”, or by judges appointed by President Obama and W, doesn’t prove they were weak.
It was a horrible case that was going no where fast. Quit trying to make excuses for all this.
No excuses are needed. They had plenty of evidence including sworn eyewitness testimony, far more than for “Russia, Russia, Russia” and “Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine”, and the reasons for rejecting them were “no standing” and “moot”.
You and the others will just not stop the nonsense. It was a horrible case. The so called evidence was used in many court cases and was thrown out over and over. They were all weak cases. It’s over. It’s time to move on.
