yeah...but all the local stuff..the dead vote, the double triple voting , even “broken machines” and compromised electronic balloting, non-state residents voting, all originates from lack of local oversight, local involvement and local supervision. Ultimately all electoral governance laws are state controlled. Fed.gov has little to do with it.
