I don't see how statements posted on a public forum about an election can be considered a crime given the 1st Amendment. How many comedians, theater performers, musicians, meme artists, politicians and others have made statements that were demonstrably false but clearly intended to alter the outcome of an election?
This is the kind of leftist tyranny the survivors of communist nations have been warning us about for years.
Would a posting warning people not to fall of the edge of the earth on the way to the polls also be illegal? After all some people do think the earth is flat.
What about the politicians who told voters in Georgia earlier this month that two particular candidates would get the votes each a $2,000 check. Turns out that was false as of now and it sure seems like more of an inducement than some ridiculous meme.
Hi.
In the fwiw department, before I closed my fb account, I kidding, posted that democrats were supposed to vote on November 4, 2020.
I only had 100+ friends.
I got a warning and put in fb jail.
Sad what the fb censors think of the average American’s IQ.

Well played.
The issue is not necessarily to win but to intimidate......
How many other “Ricky Vaughns” will be scared into silence?
How many of those alleged 4,900 people are going to admit they were alleged “victims”?
The DoJ is going to be required o list the names of ALL of them. Would love to be the defense attorney who get to cross examine them; after being read the consequences for committing perjury.
My husband is a wise guy in more ways than one. He foresaw facebook and other new social media could be used as a political and social trap.
