And of course I forgot to mention the real biggy: the Dems will of course give voting rights to all the illegals while inviting millions more here. They know with tens of millions of more Democrat voters that they imported they won’t even need to push voter fraud in most places to win easily. Biden promised to do this in his first 100 days.
Goodbye USA. It was nice knowing you.

First eliminate the filibuster. Second pass the pork or “coronavirus package”. Third Federal minimum wage at $15. Finally they will tackle the Green New Deal but that will be around January 2022. Somewhere they can throw in the statehood issue. Before June 2022 just in time before they campaign for the midterms.

"Ratification alone will be hard to get and require a lot of horse trading and politicking." The would need a Constitutional amendment which they will not get.

They may threaten to pack the Court. My suspicion is that Roberts, Kavanaugh and Goursch are easily intimidated while Alito and Thomas are not. ACB is unknown since she’s new.

And adding five or ten Supreme Court Judiciarchs too, I bet

Probably. And the PRs must understand that if they become a state they will never be independent because once you join, you cannot leave!

Now that we don’t have elections anymore, Manchin no longer has any accountability to his “constituents”.

“Why not just divide Texas in 20 smaller states? they we could get 40 senates from red districts ?”
Uhm - I think Texans might have something to say about that - a TEXAS-sized “NFW!”

Maybe, maybe not. Biden Administration will do a bunch of executive orders and tell SCOTUS to back off or they will pack the Court.

I think mid terms are a foregone conclusion. Elections no longer will remain consequential. Is putin ever challenged.

Sen. Joe Manchin, West Virginia Democrat, is open to adding two new states Because he's gotten the phone call reminding him that he has a wife and children, and he wouldn't want to see anything happen to them.
Brian Kemp's daughter's boyfriend's family could fill him in on the ramifications of bucking Big Tech, who rules D.C. now.

Let’s just make every city its own state?

Plus the censorship. And the suppression.
This is why they need to stop Trump. The only force that might come back to defeat them.
No one even wants these new states it’s a pure evil power play.

At that instance, do we then finally have the right to shoot the bastards? Does the Second Amendment mean anything besides being a conservative’s perennial talking point?

Bombard his office with emails and phone calls.

I believe the call for DC Statehood for is a lot of pandering. It has been tried before. I say we make a trade. Split California into two States for DC and PR. I do not think this is a serious threat the next year will be hell. They have to get all their pet projects through before January 2022 and the mid terms. They cannot waste time on something as contentious and time consuming as a Statehood issue.
I misunderstood an article I read on the Statehood issue. I believe it would take a constitutional amendment to ratify DC Statehood, but the 2/3 of states approving would not apply to PR. They can make PR a State and Biden sign it and be done. One article said PR Statehood would be damaging to the US economy right now. While it would give Dems two new Senators, it would drag the economy further in to the gutter because PR is an economic basket case. There is some concern that a referendum would fail in PR as well.
