Well, read between the lines and it’ll be clearer.

Mitch wants to ditch Trump. Plain as the driven snow.

Time to dump the Turtle and get a real fighter.

The time to dump Turtle was before he was confirmed, which tells you a lot about the GOP Senate members that put him in charge.

Yep! Sometimes you gotta fight knowing you're going to get your butt kicked but they deserve the black eye too badly to not try.

My understanding is there only needs to be a Majority of 1 chamber to Bring this to a state vote

Then your understanding needs to improve.

In the case of disagreement between the Houses, the certification of a slate of Electors by the State's governor prevails.

Let's see how many of the State majority of Repub legislatures are willing to select their own Electors

We already have the answer.

Zero.

Maybe they could offer the Senate Rinos one of four options:

this is THE real fight club guys... if you are here today... you HAVE to fight.

I wish the GOP Senate had had the balls to remove Trump legally, in February, in the open so we could see them clear.

I've been reading the Electoral Control Act of 1887 for weeks, and I don't recommend it. It consists of paragraphs damn near a page long. Based on what I've read, this site comes close to explaining a very complicated business in a reasonably short space.

Here is info on Joint Session Challenges to Electoral Vote Returns :

"While the tellers announce the results, Members may object to the returns from any individual state as they are announced. Objections to individual state returns must be made in writing by at least one Member each of the Senate and House of Representatives. If an objection meets these requirements, the joint session recesses and the two houses separate and debate the question in their respective chambers fora maximum of two hours. The two houses then vote separately to accept or reject the objection. They then reassemble in joint session, and announce the results of their respective votes. An objection to a state's electoral vote must be approved by both houses in order for any contested votes to be excluded."

You might want to keep a bottle of aspirin, whiskey or both handy while reading this stuff. Anyway, the likelihood of both the senate and the house approving the exclusion of contested votes is slim and probably none.

I want to see Trump go total scorched earth. Let the military decide if they want to support the REAL ELECTED President Trump or the fake phony Chinese puppet Biden.

Bring out ALL the guns. Let’s get this over with, here and now!

McConnell will be much more “comfortable” with a President Biden than President Trump.

The reasons for this should piss off every patriotic American.

Why do you call these Senators "Republicans in Name Only"?

They are the real Republicans. They stand for what the Republican Party believes in: Globalization of production, financialization of the economy; purchase of goods and services through usurious relationships with bankers, and genocidal replacement of our people with cheap labor illegal immigrants.

THAT is the Republican Party. That's what REAL Republicans support.

It's you that is a Republican in name only (unless you support those things, too).

I tried to call McConnel’s DC office today. Was pressed for time but could NOT find his DC office ph number on his website.

Just shows the contempt for the citizens.

I want them to HEAR THE ANGER in my voice!

Maybe a good thing I did not make that call- no threats or anything of that sort but there would have been some four letter words for sure.

"We already have the answer. Zero."

Sorry if I have this wrong, doesn't Congress still yet to count the Electoral votes on Jan. 6? Before that, certified Electoral vote goes to the VP on December 23rd. And if just one State sends 2 slates of Electoral votes it goes to contest in Congress? You're usually correct, but I keep reading conflicting info with what you say.

I know this is long shot, but it has happened before.
