And he can’t override anything.
So he's convinced that Biden is going down because Giuliani, Wood, Powell, and Ellis are on the job. With their track record to date. This is akin to someone betting everything he owns on his team winning the Super Bowl and his team is the New York Jets.

It has been over for some time and I have be called a bunch of names on this board for saying the obvious.
I think the focus should be on future elections by assessing what happened in this election and ensuring people are comfortable with the future election processes. I also think something has to be done with social media sites and the media who gave blatent support to the Rats.
There will be no admissions from the Dominion actors or the election workers that they helped (helped them?)
But Trump’s team needs to describe in detail exactly what happened at a particular location, in detail. Exactly how were the Dominion machines used? What happened to the ballots they wanted to get rid of, the Trump ballots? Did they print Biden ballots before or after they were counted? Did they trash Trump ballots? Or did they have a system that made Biden ballots appear to Trump ballots? (Print off something that said “Trump” but had QR code for Biden and do this for every 7th Trump vote or so?).
