If the Supreme Court doesn’t act, the liberal Dems. will pack the Supreme Court. Conservatives will become the super minorities. The freedoms we all cherish will be gone with the wind.
That would mean a Constitutional Crisis.....when a problem or conflict in the function of a government that the political constitution or other fundamental governing law is perceived to be unable to resolve.
For example:..... a government may want to pass a law contrary to its constitution; the constitution may fail to provide a clear answer for a specific situation; the constitution may be clear but it may be politically infeasible to follow it; the government institutions themselves may falter or fail to live up to what the law prescribes them to be; or officials in the government may justify avoiding dealing with a serious problem based on narrow interpretations of the law.
Politically, a constitutional crisis can lead to administrative paralysis and eventual collapse of the government, the loss of political legitimacy, or to civil war.
I like this, thanks.
Either way its a long row to how.
IF (and that's a BIG 'if') the SCT would grant relief, declare the elections had violated the Constitution and kick it back to the states, the legislatures would then have to (presumably) appoint new (GOP) electors. Which would also mean that they would need to grow some SERIOUS cojones - another tall order.
Frankly, this sort of thing has not happened since the 19th century. No one really knows what would happen if the SCT "did the right thing".
Stay tuned, but assume that its most likely not gonna succeed.
I am not confident of the court at all.
If Biden is President, there will be 74 million voters who will not accept him has a legitimate President. Cheaters, liars and the media will be rewarded for corruption.
Thanks for that summary
Yep, and fed states should stand up to any unconstitutional laws.

Excellent points!
Election integrity is central to our republic. And I will defend it at every turn.
As I have in other cases - I will help lead the effort in support of Texas’ #SCOTUS filing today.
Missouri is in the fight. https://t.co/V3aLHrYnOF— Eric Schmitt (@Eric_Schmitt) December 9, 2020
Thank you for this!
"The judicial Power [of the Supreme Court] shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;--to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;--to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;--to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;--to Controversies between two or more States;--between a State and Citizens of another State;--between Citizens of different States;--between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects."
"In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make."
So the SCOTUS is actually the right place to _start_ this Texas (et al) suit... in my humble layman's reading of the text.
I am a little late to this dance. In layman’s terms, what all does this mean. Thank you very much.
Sadly im afraid we are hosed by the deepstate
Not only history; some very angry patriots will do so, as well.
Thank you for sharing that.
Damn! Lol
Yes ... there will be paid riots and more “rear end” car explosions like in GA if anybody looks any further!
I was telling an associate as much.
“Where do civil people turn to now?”
“The courts.”
Once the courts rule, abide by the ruling. Anything else is the actors’ responsbility.
