I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to see her at a press conference with Alred, where she’ll tell the world that her client won’t be making any statements to anyone. Nothing anyone can do to make her talk unless they have her with the bloody knife, standing over the body. And with the way the Kemp and Raffensberger are acting, not a damn thing is going to happen to her.

I have seen it, it didn’t register much with me.
When you see someone doing something illicit, there is usually some shifting of the eyes, looking around to see if anyone is watching, and even the manner of the action, in this case, I was looking for him to actually palm the USB drive and attempt to conceal it into his pocket.
I didn’t really see that, and his behavior didn’t look overly shifty to me.
That said, he is a rabid Leftist handing important electoral data, and that is enough to make me suspicious.
There was a video them doing that. I saw testimony that used the video. There really is a video. It looked bad for the ballot counters to me.

That is not what I have heard. I have heard they have signed affadavits from Republican observers who were told to leave, and when they heard later on that there was still counting going on, they rushed back and got there just as those people illegally counting were leaving.
I believe there are signed affidavits to that effect.
