My guess is that any of the normal tracking methods that are there are gone or have been erased. It would be as if this man or day never existed.

Yes, Mr. Kline noted that they were aware that someone else drove Jesse Morgan’s tractor after he parked it to go back the next day to pick up the trailer “10R1440.” I believe their maybe some GPS devices attached to those trailers? Certainly warrants further investigation.
