I only see two possible outcomes. First, if conservatives get energized and involved in public schools, the flow of indoctrinated idiots can be slowed, and we can have a real battle for the soul of the nation.

Or, we fight the wrong fights, electing this or that impotent Republican to stem the tide. But, we will die off, and the flow of indoctrinated idiots will continue, and the nation will become irrelevant. China will assert itself on the national stage, and our elected officials will bow to Chinese power.

An altercation, hey? Physically attacking an armed LEO almost guarantees you serious injury or death.

It used to be a great place to live and raise kids, sixty years ago. Great jobs, great schools, great places to live.

Now it is on the bottom of the worst places to live, outranked only by Mississippi and Arkansas.

Arkansas unofficial motto used to be..”Thank Heavens for Mississippi” as Mississippi was always the worst with Ark next. Now New Mexico is on bottom.

Don’t be absurd. New Mexico is a democrat-controlled state that voted for Biden-Harris. So of course it is Trump’s fault. Minneapolis, MN, where St George died, is a democrat-controlled city (not even 1 Republican on the city council) in a state with a democrat governor and a democrat attorney general, and his death was blamed on Trump.

In this country of 300+ million people, there are probably a hundred "police involved” shootings every year. Why do I care about one in particular, in a different county and state 2000 miles away?

I can’t even vote against the sitting governor or the county sheriff.
