Ordinarily I would agree with you but I see going to the Legislatures as also pointless. Yes technically there are more GOP. But as we have seen so far, MI, PA, GA, AZ, WI... none are even trying to fight for what is right now let alone later. They will cave and say they will go with the popular vote winner even in a flawed election . They will be convinced that Sidin with Biden is the lesser of two evils even if it ends their political careers, because at least it won’t end their lives at the hands of the mob. This summer’s violence and essentially zero response to it was all part of the plan by the other side. No one wants to be canceled or worse. I’m not being a gloomy Gus. Just calling it as I see it.
In some respects, they caught us asleep at the switch. We are dealing with very well prepared adversaries and the fight ahead will require much more than lead and brute force. We all have ideas on that score but in these times we have to stay quiet.

It's not pointless. Courts are saying the legislatures determine the method of choosing the electors, and therefore, it is for them to solve the problem when thsoe rules aren't followed. If they refuse to execise the powers plainly granted to them by the U.S. Constitution, then alternative action becomes justified as breach of the social contract. The mobs in Seattle won't protect them in PA, AZ, or the Midwest. I don't know that I agree that courts have no role to play in this. Does anyone think that courts would do nothing if a legislature decided that only white males could elect the presidential electors? I think not. So, then other equal protection arguments should succeed, as in Bush v. Gore.

Succeed yes indeed. But the state legislatures who are majority GOP may not vote for Trump. It’s not a given this time.

Me. I would go with the bipartisan blue ribbon commission with a report due in 2 years cover up. It could be the Little Hamilton commission.

It is a good interview. Rudy is putting on the evidence that Judge Brann refused to hear for the The Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee. The benefit of this move is that it creates a public record of the evidence that the Third Circuit or SCOTUS can take judicial notice of on appeal. This is a brilliant move.

The hearing in Gettysburg is scheduled to start at 12:30 PM. If Trump attends, it forces MSM to cover it.
