Easy to understand when the Dominion program is designed to pull 0.5% of the votes for Trump to Biden.

They did address it with a counter question:

When you add up all the numbers for all the other races and they are all 100,000 less than votes for the president, what conclusion do you think should come from that?

Actually the bottom line is there has to be enough votes for President Trump to get his second term. Fraud or not the votes still have to be shown to favor Trump for him to be declared the winner.
And the circles we’re perfectly filled in, as if done by a computer.
