I would not think Matt Bracken would believe that this matter is going to be resolved by motions, writs, hearings, orders, or judgements of courts.
This has moved far beyond that.

I fear it’s too late to make a difference in the outcome and the cheaters knew that all along.
I do not think that a court is going to declare a winner or loser - all the court can do is find that, “yes, there was fraud” and the recourse is to kick it back to the state legislatures. But even then, if the election is already certified, what cn the legislatures do?
Biden may well assume office with the full knowledge of the nation that he only won because of fraud, i.e. he truly is illegitimate.
If he can be tied to the fraud, he should be impeached and removed from office, but with Dems in control of the House, that isn’t going to happen. And even if it does, Harris is promoted - but she is also illegitimate.
This is truly a debacle royale. Think “House of Cards”.

Suffice to say there was no closing time. The easily-disproved theory of SW vote flipping is going to take more proof than that.
The purpose of this article wasn’t exactly to display the Michigan graph. But if that’s accurate that’s evidence of voter fraud like no other. And then to be able to statistically demonstrate that the same thing happens simultaneously in at least four other states is a preponderance of evidence. To deny it is an act of the will not of the intellect.
