Raffensperger - RINO traitor, corrupt and cowardly.

The Gov had better find his balls ASAP if he has any.

These traitors need to suffer the same fate as those who plotted Lincoln’s assassination.

This is an assassination by fraud and is unequivocal treason.

I read the other day about Abrams having cut a deal with the State of Georgia on absentee ballots. I’ve never heard of such deals like this before.

in my terribly blue state where we haven't had a pub governor in over 30yrs and the state legislature has been mostly all blue, last year they made some kind of election rules for indians...letting them vote where ever in the state without providing an address....this all under the mantra of making it easier for them to vote, or should I say, easier for the rats to get their vote...

little changes like this make a big difference.

The selection of Joe Biden is null and void. I don’t see why PROVEN fraudulent voting can be validly elect the President. Absent that, vote totals must be changed.

In PA, President Trump gets 695K added to his totals. Nobody’s vote is denied; President Trump just gets an equal number of dead people added.
In MI and WI, the number of votes that Joe got after vote counting stopped are deleted as invalid. In GA, any changes not made by the legislature invalidate those votes. Voters can complain to the governor and SOS.

That is the only equitable solution. Good luck trying to find ANY judge to rule that way. Otherwise, three boxes gone.

The voters have a right to know the rules before voting. I’m sure that Atlanta Judge Steven D. Grimberg will disagree and throw the next challenge out too. Basically it’s because he’s a judge, Abrams is a loud mouth bully, the Governor is a cuck, and you, insignificant troublesome voter, can get lost.

I do believe the Trump campaign knew the State courts wee corrupt. They are elected and all elections going back at minimum, 60 years, merit examination for fraud. Especially those since 2000.

Federal Appeals Courts are where POTUS had concentrated his appointments. No guarantees, but we have better chances there and every ruling against us allows an appeal higher in the system.

This revelation of another secret agreement between elected officials and the Democrat party shows systemic efforts of collusion to defraud. They are precisely the sort of voter suppression that brought about the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Not sure, but it seems logical that, especially if the judges’ opinions were fixed in advance by any sort of corruption, we have violations of Due Process, a 14th Amendment violation.

I so want to see a consent decree barring the Democrats from suing for voter suppression and denial of due process for 40 years.

Gander sauce.
They are making our case.

and what if Mitch McConnell part of the long-planned election coup and installed judges - said to be appointed by Trump - in strategic battleground states?

Both the GA Governor and the GA Secretary of State should be charged with accepting bribes.

I found this photo of what may have been the prior envelope used by Gwinnett. Here is the link where I found the photo-—

https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse4.mm.bing.net%2Fth%3Fid%3DOIP.Z7BmP2tVBxd30-RwyQZYQgHaFV%26pid%3DApi&f=1

Scroll down to exhibit 1 in the settlement agreement to compare it with the new mail-in envelope as stipulated ..

What I see is that the former envelope required the voter of affirm under oath that this was their correct address.

In the new envelope the voter no longer has to write in their address and thus attest under oath that they presently live at that address.

So what is to prevent a voter who has moved to another GA county or another state from signing the envelope but not having to attest their current address on the mail-in ballot envelope?

And if they did move to another GA county or state, they may have voted by mail-in ballot at their old location and also voted in their new location. I highly doubt that Georgia is so sophisticated that the State checks the names of voters across the entire state to see if a person voted more than once by voting in different counties.

This is how cheating can be done.

We really need to get a copy of the old ‘mail-in’ ballot envelope.

I expect Mark Elias up on sedition charges for actively attempting to corrupt the electoral process and on civil rights charges for disenfranchising Americans of their vote.

And not “maybe’ some time in the future....
