The Democrats on the commission are showing their guilt. This morning they changed the rules for the recount. At this point they are fighting against showing the lists of people who applied for absentee ballots.

11:15 pm CST and they’re still going. They’re trying to change the 2018 recount manual but, so far, appear to be unsuccessful. Removing established guidance for nebulous references and interpretations of state statutes (what this manual is supposed to do).

Mr. Knudsen is doing his best and brought up the point that the petitioners relied on these recount “rules” in deciding whether or not to file. Kind of like changing the Official Rules of Baseball in the 8th inning of a game.
