It just dawned on me. The wording is very, very careful. Parse the verbiage and what they said is the "the election took place exactly as intended, no outside interference to its operation." The Democratic Party is onshore, in-country, and therefore does not constitute "outside interference" in the election. Everything worked according to plan. THEIR plan.

1. The 2020 election was the most secure election in US history
2. The 2020 election contained significant election fraud which impacted the outcome.
