Does PR, DC et all get a vote too - that seems unclear?

D.C. does because of the 23rd Amendment. Puerto Rico does not.

If they follow the law they will. Then it would be excluding illegal ballots, not “votes”

What law allows the courts to strip legal voters of their right to vote? That's what this suit is trying to do - throw out every vote, regardless of whether it's a legal vote or illegal vote. No court is going to do that.

the GOP now controls both state legislative chambers in 32 states, so going to the House, the Republicans win?

Not the way I understand it.

If one state, or a group of states voting is/are invalidated, then all states are invalidated. Why? Because what happened in those guilty states effects ALL states.

Its called equal protection. That is why quite a few states have enjoined the lawsuits against the offending states..against PA in particular.

Congress will only get involved if PA is ruled invalid. Then the issue goes back to the state legislature to vote for ONE elector to represent that state in the house Of Reps to which the house HAS to vote as the State legislatures direct them. They CAN NOT go off and vote whichever way they want.

I disagree. The focus of the suit is illegally cast ballots.

I disagree. The focus of the suit is illegally cast ballots.

The suit wants to throw out 792,000 ballots, which is the practically total ballots cast in the three counties in question. Are they suggesting that 98% were illegal?

It's not going to go to the House.
