Even though state law (as in written and passed by the legislature) does not allow for such ballots being legit. Such is my understanding.

Honestly, after reading several threads here, if it is such a lost cause, why even fight it? Why have elections at all?
From what so many are saying, there is no case and if there is, there is no remedy and if there is a remedy, the state legislatures will refuse to act and the GOP-dominated state delegations in the House will not present pro-Trump elector slates.
So, why even discuss it? According to all these smart folks, we live in a banana republic, we are about to be subjected to an 18-month lockdown while 1M Mexicans and others will be invited into the country....for starters.
Everyone of working age who supported Trump will be excluded from society for all time, all wealth will be cumulatively taxed, every municipality will be trashed by BLM until only the hoodlums and homeless will be living there.
No American will receive the vaccine until the entire rest of the world does (which may not be a bad thing), no elderly will get any medical care beyond palliative, our children will go uneducated and sexual deviants will be put in charge of our security.
Yet, not one of these happy folk are proposing one iota of change to their lifestyle, because, oh, well.....

You can't ignore a United States Supreme Court ruling. Which is precisely why the PA “results” are likely to be set aside by the Supreme Court.
Outside of the usual paid, far left trolls that appear here from time to time, I haven't seen anyone even suggest it's a “lost cause”.
There is no question of conceding anything to anybody under any circumstances when we known for a fact that election fraud and theft of a gargantuan scale just took place.

I saw more than the usual suspects. The gist over several, if not a majority of posters, was that the law has no remedy for this sort of fraud, so we need to just get on with life.
If there is no remedy and if any fraudulent election is allowed to stand (I include many I suspect were rigged over the past 3-5 years in Wisconsin), I just don’t know what recourse we have left. This specific election systematically violated the 14th Amendment guarantee of equal protection. It also violated specific clauses in the Civil Rights Act of 1964. So far, the underlying actions have been shot down by the State Courts, as expected, given these are compromised, elected positions within D run states (with mostly R majority counties). But I keep encountering posters stating there is no specific guarantees that the SCOTUS will even rule on Constitutional &/or written law violations. No one refutes them, aside from the expected rah-rah.
We know the R state representatives and Senators are, for the most part, climbers who will not act. We have seen them not act over and over, even with State Court orders being violated by the Executive. They will not respond to their constituents. I know. I tried.
That leaves the HOR. Suddenly, I have cold chills because what if the state delegations do not present/vote for the R electors, instead claiming the Ds won? That leaves us with frauds, meaningless rights and guarantees and, again: no recourse.
So: tell me none of this is valid and that we have a legitimate government, Constitution and guarantees. Beyond Trump, our entire nation and its foundations are at stake. There is no where to go if America falls, because the globalists have already captured the world. God? Sure. But God allows all manner of evil to persist and He allows His own believers to be tortured and killed. The reward of Heaven/unity with Christ, does not mitigate the horror the living are left to endure.
Over the past couple of months, I have often asked the Eeyores (not all of whom (I hope) are trolls) just how they, themselves, intend to survive the coming of communism to the US. One got huffy and told me he didn’t need to answer me. I’m certain this poster is NOT a troll. Another said they sure weren’t going to uproot their family (from a large Blue city). One private messaged me to *explain* they didn’t mean what they posted and then did not correct their post. The rest ignored me.
Truthfully, I think they live in a bubble of normalcy bias and have no idea what the future holds if Kamala becomes POTUS.
I am old and fairly well-positioned for the short term. I remember everything my Russian grandparents and Lithuanian grandparents and the refugees I grew up with told us. And I know they held their tongues to a degree around the children.
Hell on Earth awaits while people I expect to detail how our system will protect us as promised, shrug and say there is no remedy and we have no guarantees.
If that doesn’t define lost cause, what does?
