All of US red Alabamans should hear the cattle call. I’m only 4/10ths of a mile from the GA state line.

You have to have been registered already before the general election to vote in a run-off in Georgia.
You can’t just show up and vote in a run-off here.

I read all the posts.
Yours came close but missed.
I would like to think that Texas is not the only state in the Union that requires voters in a runoff election to have voted in the election in question.
And if it is Texas primary runoff, you have to have voted in that party primary.

What makes a resident? Can they just check into a hotel and claim residency? Seems they would have to put a deposit on an apartment or something.
