They ruled that but it's unlikely Philly obeyed the ruling. They didn't obey the court order to let observers in.

all the SCOTUS has to do is do a time stamp and take the count as at 8 pm November 3

They won't because there were piles of uncounted mail votes that arrived before 8pm. There are mixes in Milwaukee and Detroit too. Similar problems although in MIlwaukee the problem is fraudulent same-day registration.

We should from the outset understand that the only reason those who instigate election fraud do is to effect the outcome of the election. Whether they actually change that outcome is a matter of degree of their cleverness or efficacy, but it in no way changes their criminal intent.

The mechanism many are using to dismiss so many lesser election fraud crimes is that they--of themselves--didn't change the election outcome. That, nonetheless is constantly part of their devious crime's design.

The plan was made up of lots of sub-plots, no one of which by themselves would overturn an election. Together, however, they would. So a successful prosecutor of these individual crimes is faced with the daunting task of casting a net of conspiracy over the collection of individual frauds. And we know how the Left loves to ridicule those even hinting that multiple people work together toward a crime--pssssst!

"WHACKO CONSPIRACY THEORISTS AT WORK! They are not to be taken seriously for one moment!"

The point remains because almost all accept the faulty premise. Investigators and prosecutors are made to accept the task of proving the larger conspiracy that might finally pass the "actually changed the election outcome" standard, despite inherently having at best several limited snapshots of the election pie.

Those working for clean elections should be entirely free to claim that each red flag act was a crime with the intent of combining to overthrow the election. Only if there is a pattern of offsetting instances of "human error," where the cumulative effect is de minimis could such human errors be excused and not prosecuted.

he needs to take the pay cut and go to NewsMax. That, or start-up something else with Hannity and Levin.

Well that opens the door for the ballots in Philly and Allegheny to be voided by SCOTUS and for the state legislature in PA (controlled by Republicans) to send electors who will vote for Trump.
Long past time to say hardball.
As PA GOP GOP legislature leadership has already sent strong warning to the SOS

Yes. I cancelled cable more than a year ago.
I only have internet service.
But have had a couple other ways to watch Faux.
The Allies you speak about works for a network that hates us.
It’s an individual decision to continue to support Faux.
I choose not to be a sucker.

Then I guess Fox’s msinformation is working on you

I don't watch fox news. Haven't watched them in some 8 years or so. Having spent the better part of 30 years in the tech world, I know what's possible. Watching politics and being a part of it for even longer, I know what's possible. As I said very clearly and with no doubt, I'm not giving up hope yet, and if anyone can turn this around, it'll be Trump. What I'm not going to do, however, is jump into the right wing fantasy Q world. I'm just going to be realistic, and do what all of us armchair quarterbacks (who really only know 2-5% of what is happening behind the scenes) should be doing - holding out for the results of the various legal challenges and investigations. What comes of those must be accepted, and we need to be prepared for it.

Strictly speaking, about a phrase that’s been repeatedly paraphrased, yes he’s right.
There might not be enough easily demonstrable fraud, given the limited timeframe to prove it, to meaningfully change the election results.
Might.
Maybe.

I’m currently contending there’s two layers to this fraud:
- the obvious & ongoing & common “voting dead, vote-early-and-often, and petty mishandling” which may or may not add up to enough to throw the election
- the deep well-funded highly-motivated criminal conspiracies to alter & certify results on an industrial scale (those who can _prove_ millions of valid votes didn’t exist).

All the chatter is mostly about the former. That stuff is easy for laymen to understand and indulge outrage over. It may be enough to throw results of close races.

There’s rumors about the latter. This is very hard for most to understand, as it involves big data tabulations, cryptographic signing, and “nice ___ you have there, pity if something happened to it” persuasions.

My expectation at this point is Trump & co is onto the latter, and - being the master negotiator - is (for the sake of the country) persuading the opposition to use the former to back away from a fraudulent win (”oh gee, turns out we didn’t win a couple close states, you win DJT”) lest the big/deep fraud be revealed and really break the nation (prosecuting big leaders with tens of millions of distraught supporters ... you thought months of Antifa rioting was a problem).

Yeah, at the moment the general chattering classes don’t have enough info to demonstrably change election results - so what Tucker says is strictly correct.
Thing is, we don’t have all the info.
Trump is getting the info ... and we hope he’s successful in the biggest-stakes negotiation of his life.

You are right. The extent of the fraud is yet to be established.
As far as I am concerned the vote fraud is extensive. Why is Biden out now claiming he is the President before certification? Biden’s now trying to switch the onus on the claim of of his own fraud to Trump trying to steal his election. A typical democRat ploy to cover for their own contrived fraud involvement.

I highly recommend you watch this. The article headline is a paraphrase of an out of context rhetorical point on the way to making a much larger point.

Every needs to understand how high the bar is in convincing the highest court in the land to invalidate 100’s of thousands ballets. This isn’t a slam dunk by no means.

In the 680+ thousand compromised ballots, are at least a few hundred legitimate ballots. The bar to throw out the whole batch, including the legitimate ones, is very high.

A RARE REPORT ON PNAE, WITH MURDOCH & SOROS CONNECTIONS:

Youtube: 6m41s: 13 Apr 2016: Local Anchor exposes “Partnership for a New American Economy”
KXJB (CBS)Fargo, ND

26 Jan 2016: Breitbart: The Anti-Trump Network: Fox News Money Flows into Open Borders Group
by Julia Hahn
The announcement from Donald Trump’s campaign that the Republican frontrunner will “definitely not” partake in Thursday night’s Fox News debate has sent shock waves throughout the nation’s political scene.
At a press event Tuesday evening, Trump seemed to cite disparate treatment from the network as his reasoning for not participating. “What’s wrong over there, something’s wrong,” Trump said of the “games” Roger Ailes and the network are “playing.”

In asking the question of “what’s wrong over there?” Trump has shined a spotlight on one of Washington’s best kept secrets: namely, Fox’s role via its founder Rupert Murdoch in pushing an open borders agenda. The Trump campaign is a direct threat to Murdoch’s efforts to open America’s borders. Well-concealed from virtually all reporting on Fox’s treatment of Trump is the fact that Murdoch is the co-chair of what is arguably one of the most powerful immigration lobbying firms in country, the Partnership for a New American Economy (PNAE).

In addition to blanketing the country, media, and politicians with literature, advertisements, and a barrage of lobbyists pushing for open border immigration policies, the Partnership for A New American Economy (PNAE) was a prime lobbyist for one of the biggest open borders pushes in American history: Marco Rubio’s 2013 Gang of Eight immigration bill...

While Megyn Kelly made headlines with her heated questioning of Donald Trump, not one of the Fox News anchors asked Rubio in the first Fox News debate about his signature piece of legislation, which Murdoch’s immigration lobbying firm had endorsed. Instead, they lobbed Rubio a series of softballs, such as asking Rubio if he could put God and veterans in the same sentence.
Interestingly, Bill Sammon — FOX News’s vice president of News and Washington managing editor — is the father of Brooke Sammon, who is Rubio’s press secretary...

Sen. Rubio introduced legislation last year — the Immigration Innovation Act — which would have tripled H-1B visa issuances. This legislation was endorsed by Murdoch via the Partnership for a New American Economy, on whose board also sits Disney CEO Bob Iger...

As any casual viewer of Fox News would observe, one sees scant to any coverage at all on the record-setting, foreign-born population inside the United States; nor coverage of census findings that immigration is about to surpass all historical records; nor stories on the total number of immigrants allowed into the country each year and the strain this number puts on education, the economy, the welfare states and the profound changes to U.S. culture. By not covering these issues in any real depth, it helps clear the way for the enactment of the Murdoch-backed immigration agenda — bringing in the New American Century hoped for by Rupert Murdoch, Marco Rubio, and Barack Obama.

A big part of that info isn’t even theoretically available until the counts end, and the election boards are forced (usually by court order) to turn over their detailed logs of how the count went. That’s not going to be for another week at the earliest.

My wife and I watched as well. I agree - Tucker did not say the election was lost, he made the point that all fraud whether it effects the outcome or not, needs to be looked into.

The LEFTIST newsweek is doing divide and conquer. Tucker needs to jump ship anyway because the FOX news ship is going down along with the rest of the LEFTIST media.

Cancel your cable tv.

I think that’s unfair. Tucker stood up to BLM when hardly anyone else would. He brought us the story of Bobulinski. He stood up against the stupid Russia investigations. He has been very vocal against the corruption surrounding China.

His family had to move out of their home for his courage.

Perhaps he isn’t as aggressive as Hannity, but he’s way more effective and informative.

I watched Tucker say this last night. He acted whipped and subdued, like someone was holding a gun to his head. Later in the show he seems less wussy.

It’s your prerogative to stop watching Tucker. I have stopped watching everyone but Maria and Tucker because I want to support their willingness to speak out against corruption. I want to *reward* those two people because they have earned our respect and I won’t let Paul Ryan and the Murdochs push their voices aside.
